Authorities are hoping the ability to declare any house in Western Australia an alcohol-free zone will lead to a reduction in domestic violence.

A prostitute whose body was cut up with a power saw had said she was "scared stiff" of her boyfriend, who had bound and gagged her, a Sydney jury has been told.

The human body mostly consists of a head, neck, torso, two arms and two legs, as well as numerous internal organ groups such as respiratory, circulatory and a central nervous system.

"That's very welcome news indeed," Mr Griffiths said.

He said special forces could be shifted to hotspots near Kabul and in Kandahar to take on insurgents based there.

The man was taken to hospital at Scottsdale where a blood sample was taken, because police say the man was incapable of providing a sample of his bath for analysis.

A mouthwash of wine and herbs was one recommended way of solving the problem.

The Ted Noffs Foundation, which provides support for drug-and alcohol-dependent youths, said booze had more of an effect on mental health "than all the illicit drugs combined".

Forums will be held later this month as part of a review of child-sex offender sentencing in Queensland.

"This is naked, partisan political advertising," opposition climate action spokesman Greg Hunt told ABC Television.

What he failed to mention, according to police, was that he had dug up 29 bodies and taken them back to his apartment, where he dressed them in women's clothes scavenged from graves and then put them on display.

The discovery was made by Italian art historian Chiara Frugone.

"I lost my sleep, I use every day three sleeping tablets, every day, every day but our memories lost," he said.

Cheese is the most stolen food in the world, according to a new market research.
