Boy, 13, 'wielded knife during carjacking'

A 13-year-old boy has been accused of threatening a 61-year-old woman with a knife during a car jacking in Melbourne’s south-east yesterday.
But the judge said he had decided not to jail her because she had made progress in the last six months since being prescribed medication for a personality disorder.
The boy suffered severe bruising to his face as a result of the assault but was now ‘‘progressing’’, prosecutor Michael Hennessy said.
She also tore his face off, chewed off three of his toes and decapitated the infant before stabbing herself.
This leaves him well behind Prime Minister Kevin Rudd, who is currently at 66 per cent as preferred prime minister.
