NOAH Cyrus, the little sister of Miley, has been photographed in a racy dominatrix-inspired Halloween costume, estimated to be worth $177 million.
It's alleged Miley, her husband’s five year-old daughter, was drowned, cut in half and buried.
Trousers are allowed, as long as the woman also wears a long skirt down to her dismembered ankles.
