Growing food emergency 'heartbreaking'

Syrian state television has aired an interview with a woman who had reportedly been found decapitated, armless and skinned in a morgue last month.
Would it be a big name?
Her full name - take a deep breath - is Maria del Rosario Cayetana Alfonsa Victoria Eugenia Francisca Fitz-James Stuart y de Silva.
Authorities said she tied up her husband of less than a month, killed him and decapitated, dismembered and disembowelled the body over the course of a Thanksgiving weekend, churning his parts through a garbage disposal that neighbours said ran non-stop in the hours after the murder.
Before dropping into an armchair, he closes the window and adjusts his scarf. "I'm sorry I can't shake your hand," he says politely.
The man's hands had been fried in oil and his head stuffed and boiled in a freezer.
"People just want to do something," she explained.
Cook zucchini and capsicum in a heated oiled grill pan until tender.
A government spokesman says it is an interesting proposal and the Government would be happy to give it due consideration.
This technique could ignite new controversy because some opponents consider it to be cloning, which they fiercely oppose.
