Actor Robert Hughes has denied allegations he was involved in inappropriate conduct with a child co-star on the set of the Australian TV comedy Hey Dad!
But while the close encounter was over in seconds, it was enough to convince mother-of-two Fiona Hartigan that she'd just seen a UFO.
"In art class I could draw perfect penises. And they were like, there's something wrong with this person that she could draw like that at that age."
She also told Nine he would touch my boobs and try to tickle her on the bed in the dressing rooms.
I am absolutely totally shocked at the allegation and I absolutely deny everything.
She remained in jail on Wednesday pending a preliminary hearing set for March 30.
And she has the photos to prove it.
Hughes says he is shocked at the allegations made by Sara Monahan who was six years old when she started playing his on-screen daughter Jenny Kelly in the Seven Network show in the 1980s.
"I think TV is a great indicator of how society changes and what's acceptable and what's not. I was recently watching some old Benny Hill shows, and that was classed back then as good family fun," he says, laughing.
