With her classic Australian beach bombshell looks, Queensland model Rachael Finch is vying for the title of Miss Universe 2009.
The former model's teeth and fingers had been removed but she was identified from the serial numbers of her breast implants.
Finch met billionaire contest organiser Donald Trump yesterday during her gruelling final 12-hour rehearsal at the luxury Atlantis Resort.
In 20 minutes, he collected $30 in coins and notes. One woman handed him $10.
The man had also suffered light injuries to the face, there were blood stains on the sword and another knife and blood-soaked clothes were discovered in the car.
Ironically, the "turkey slap" took place in the early hours of the morning, was never broadcast by Ten, and was only seen by a handful of adult subscribers to the live online feed.
Most were blasé, however one woman started screaming and an elderly man next to her got the shakes.
A Queensland Ambulance Service spokesman yesterday said the elderly man, who did not want to be identified, was "pretty distressed about the whole thing".
Finch described meeting Trump as "really exciting".
