Strange, new galaxy may help solve black hole mystery

A strange, new-found galaxy may help astronomers figure out how black holes and star formation evolved in the early universe, according to a new study.

The astronomers also said a witness reported that a primary school in the city had been turned into a detention site where Gaddafi troops ''raped women and girls as young as 14 years old''.

Others provided character references praising his long history of public service.
